I kind of saw this coming, but then maybe I did not. I started a new workout regime in July. It’s called Kosama – Full Body Transformation. It is a bootcamp style workout with high intensity workouts every day. I am in my 6th week now doing Kosama and I can definitely feel the difference. I lost some (fat) weight, I gained some (muscle) weight, and I have more energy … a lot more energy.
